I started my career as a rope access technician working on wind turbines, oil rigs, ships and power stations doing painting and general maintenance work. 

I moved over to renewables being trained by Siemens and Vestas before moving into training. I now run training centers in the UK, Asia and USA aswell as train in the GWO and IRATA courses.

Conor started his career in renewable energy in 2016 working on offshore wind farms. 

He now helps run the training centers in the UK, Asia and USA as well as assiting in the training for the GWO courses. 

Head of Administration 

With 7 years of administration experiance, Aimee joined the company in 2020 to ensure the training center runs smoothly and effeciantly. 

Aimee runs the bookings and administration of GWO and IRATA certificates and is always happy to help!

Rope Access Instructor

Started in oil and gas industry over 23 years .started off in welding and fabrication next ticket was Ndt and paining blasting then scaffolding.

IRATA Rope Access Trainer

After working in the rope access industry for over 20 years; covering shipyards, power stations and turbines, carrying out blasting and spraying, welding and inspection, on site ropes rescue teams and many more. 

Ben joined the ABRS team in 2019 to assist in the training of the IRATA Rope Access course. 

Blade Repair Instructor

Blade repair technician worked on and off shore before becoming a member of ABRS. I have gone from working alongside the then lead instructor to becoming the lead instructor myself. In the 3 and a half years I have worked at ABRS I have trained over 200 delegates to a high standard.

Trainer in GWO Advanced Rescue 2016 - Present

With a military background John went on to work as a technician and supervisor on an offshore windfarm for 16 years before bringing his expertise to the ABRS Team in 2016.

With his experiance in Mechanics, Hydraulics and Electrical operattions, John runs our GWO Basic Technical Training courses as well as;

GWO instructor for the 5 BST’s, I have been with ABRS for just under a year. 

Previous to that, I worked under RLSS for 12 years, before moving over to train with the ambulance service and then on to teaching.
